Molly, thanks for the reply and I agree 100%. It's time for me to hang my pink ribbon banners up. I have one in the front yard and one in the back yard. I hope everyone that passes by my house will give breast cancer a thought and will pray for a cure. Thank you......Leigh

Thanks for the comment Leigh. Everyone who has to endure the battle with cancer is so different on how they choose to fight that battle. As friends and family members, I think we just need to respect how that person approaches the fight and support them in the best way possible. I'm so sorry that you lost your sister, but I applaud your continuing focus on staying well.

I am going into my 5th year of being a breast cancer survivor and I love all the pink stuff. My son just gave me (today) a pink and black "Fight Lke a Girl" bag chair and I will use it all the time. We should all be proud that we are survivors and let the world know that we are. We have been down a long rough road and unless you have been there its hard to understand how we feel as cancer survivors. I lost my beautiful sister last year to lung cancer and we were diagnosed within a couple of months of each other. We went to the same oncologist and even took some of our chemo treatments together. We were each others ears and support at all of our doctor appointments. I miss her so much, but I know that she is still with me in ways. Don't stop giving to survivors. I think the majority of us are thankful for the thoughtfullness.
